Recruitment Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria
• Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and salary expectations
• Proactively collaborate with Hiring Managers to develop a strong understanding of the department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
• Drive and manage an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process including interviews, offer negotiation and new hire on-boarding
• Create interesting and engaging job ads to attract candidates
• Project manage the day-to-day recruitment operations through the development and execution of full life cycle recruitment plans, ensuring the candidate, client and team experiences are met with excellent service delivery
• Actively participate in all employee development initiatives and projects
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
• Coordinate activities within the team, coach, mentor or otherwise help others to improve their knowledge or skills; distribute business tasks, control and monitor daily activities outcome
• All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as a TA Team Lead or similar HR role
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
• Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Ability to motivate employees
• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
