He simultaneously managed multinational teams and projects that were both technically and geographically diverse, bringing synergy between teams of different cultures and technical areas.

His leadership drives the overall business strategy and operational performance, with a demonstrated history of expanding into new markets, developing innovative services, and steering the growth of teams and projects.

Marija

Marija brings extensive expertise across all phases of the recruitment process and excels in managing complex, time-sensitive recruitment projects and teams. She has led ICT and IT initiatives for Blue chip clients throughout the EU, overseeing both operational recruitment and end-to-end project management on turnkey projects.

Currently, Marija is focused on driving Management, IT and R&D recruitment, the fastest-growing sectors at Prime Resourcers. She applies her knowledge, management skills, and energy to ensure seamless alignment between people and processes, delivering an exceptional recruitment service.
