General Manager

Our client is a globally recognized brand and leading attraction that combines entertainment and education.

They have multiple locations and each of them offers an interactive experience for all age groups, blending fun with the science behind optical illusions through immersive exhibits, illusion rooms, and holograms that challenge perception and spark curiosity.

With over 40 locations across 25 countries and 4 continents, each uniquely designed, our client continues to expand globally, delivering a distinctive visual and educational experience that inspires exploration and a new way of seeing the world.

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized and flexible individual with experience in leading teams and managing operations, has strong delegation and organizational skills, a hands-on mindset, and a flexibility to travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee operations across four locations (Zagreb, Split, Valencia, Sevilla), with direct management of the Zagreb site
• Manage and coordinate local managers across international locations, ensuring alignment and performance
• Define priorities, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure effective execution
• Drive operational stability while continuously optimizing existing processes
• Lead and develop B2B sales and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain partnerships and drive event-based revenue opportunities
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues (including hands-on involvement when needed)
• Establish clear structures, processes, and accountability to ensure scalable and efficient operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing operations (actively improving performance across several locations, identifying growth opportunities and turning them into actionable initiatives, such as visitor targets)
• Strong organizational and delegation skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Hands-on mindset
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to Spain
• Knowledge of Spanish is considered as an advantage
