Service Desk Student Technician
Our client is a FULL IT service and solution provider for medium-sized companies.
As a reliable partner for everything to do with digitization, the client accelerates the digital transformation of its customers and is the first point of contact for all questions relating to IT infrastructure, cloud, security and workplace services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support on projects
- Consulting with IT managers and other departments as needed.
- Monitor hardware, software and system performance metrics.
- Documenting the process and performing diagnostic tests.
- Identification and proposal of possible improvements to procedures and procedures for the purpose of the Service Desk’s work.
- Monitoring through the PRTG tool
- Responding to incidents according to the process defined by the SLA contract
- Accepting tickets and registering them in the ServiceNow portal
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in similar jobs
- Experience working with users and colleagues
- Interest in learning new and advanced technologies
- Communication skills and sense of responsibility

- Experience with Google services
