Senior Process Engineer

Their core business is the development and production of packaging solutions that use aluminum as the primary material, along with the production of packaging solutions based on plastic and paper, serving industries such as coffee and tea, confectionery, dairy, pharmaceuticals, as well as other food and non-food industries.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the development and maintenance of efficient and capable production processes through analysis, optimization, and implementation of innovative solutions
• Evaluate and interpret process data, and develop optimal working methods and equipment usage that meet company and customer requirements
• Manage costs and time constraints, and define corrective actions to improve efficiency when performance indicators deviate from targets
• Collaborate with the quality department on capability studies, ensuring products meet quality, cost, and productivity requirements
• Actively participate in the development of technical documentation, including operating instructions, technical drawings, and CAD programs, and approve technical specifications and drawings
• Provide technical support to CNC operators and train them on optimal and safe programming and machine operation
• Identify technical problems and provide support to operators in resolving them, focusing on increasing efficiency and optimizing costs
• Monitor and optimize workflow, equipment layout, and assembly methods to improve productivity
• Monitor new techniques and technologies that can be implemented to improve the production process and introduce necessary changes
• Detects product or process deviations from the required quality specifications and escalates the need to stop production to the responsible manager
• Provide technical support and ensure preventive maintenance of consumable tools in production to extend their lifespan
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor according to knowledge and abilities
• Comply with quality, occupational safety, environmental, and energy management regulations

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preferred knowledge in the field of process engineering in an production environment
• Expertise in machining processes and CNC/PLC programming – Machining process, Core Tools, AUTOCAD, SolidWorks
• Advanced knowledge in process optimization and solving technical issues
• Strong understanding of occupational safety, health protection, and fire safety
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and making technical decisions
• Ability to quickly and efficiently react to complex technical problems
• High level of responsibility and reliability

CONSIDERED AS ADVANTAGE:

• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards
• Experience in project or team leadership
