Regional Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and create new commercial opportunities
• Acquisition of new customers and management of client relationships
• Building and maintaining profitable partnerships
• Regular outreach to existing commercial partners, understand their requirements to ensure their needs are being met
• Responding to inbound requests
• Developing tailored brand activation programs
• Meeting targets of commercial activities which are monitored using key metrics
• Preparation of performance reports to management
• Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
• Maintaining timely and accurate CRM information
• Proactively identify product improvement opportunities and communicate with Product team to ensure product upgrades and competitiveness
• Collaborate with diverse teams (marketing, sales, product, logistics, customer success, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales and/or other relevant commercial roles
• Focus on B2B Sales, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships
• Excellent understanding of USA and Western European markets
• Good understanding of E-commerce environment and main KPIs
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, E-Commerce back-end systems
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting tool and processes
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• BA or higher in business or relevant field
• Fluent in English language, both spoken and written (German, French, Spanish is plus)
• Experience in similar industries is highly appreciated
• Willingness to travel
