PWT Test Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES & WORK TASKS:

• Review of verification/validation plans​
• Preparing test campaigns, test scheduling, supervising and executing​
• Quality of test execution
• Test (Verification/Validation) reports​
• Testing Equipment maintenance management​
• Identify and coordinate the booking of labs that will meet validation and testing requirements at third party labs

REGULAR TASKS:

• Develop and implement new testing methodologies in compliance with quality standards​
• Test Procedure Development, review and preparation for Verification & Validation​
• Test data analysis and creation of validation and test reports​
• Perform and supervise repairs and modifications on test setup as required​
• Supervising and executing the test campaign activity ​
• Other duties as assigned​

OCCASIONAL TASKS:

• Assisting Development department at preparing Design Verification Plan​
• Assisting End Of Line testing in production with preparing test procedures and execution of testing services

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or 2 years of Battery/Powertrain development, Validation or Test engineering experience
• Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
• The ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with all disciplines
• The ability to work under pressure
• Strong technical writing skills
• Experience in programming and troubleshooting Test Stands
• Advanced knowledge of communication protocols and Tools
• Experience with instrumentation, sensors, and transducers
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
• Basic programming skills in at least one imperative programming language
• Knowledge of quality standards and statistical techniques
• Interpretation of test standards
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Excellent knowledge of English
