Oracle Database Administrator

Our client is a FULL IT service and solution provider for medium-sized companies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• nstalling, configuring, upgrading, and migrating Oracle databases
•  Monitoring database performance and optimising database queries
• Implementing backup and recovery processes
•  Ensuring data integrity and security
• Managing user accounts, roles, and access rights
•  Developing and implementing database policies and procedures
•  Collaborating with developers and other IT teams to ensure databases meet
  business requirements
•  Supporting troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Oracle
  database.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
•  3-5 years of experience managing Oracle databases
•  Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture and technology
•  Advanced knowledge in SQL & PL/SQL
•  Experience with backup and recovery processes and database optimization
•  Ability to diagnose and resolve complex database issues
•  Experience working with other IT teams and developers
•  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•  in-depth Linux knowledge would be desirable
•  Experience in Oracle APEX development (optional)
•  Experience managing databases in a cloud-based environment (optional)
•  Experience with Oracle RAC and cluster systems (optional)
