● Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
● Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
● Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing, and solving
hardware or software faults
● Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods
● Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs
● Possibly training more junior staff members
● Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
● Protects operations by keeping information confidential

● BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
● Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX
/Linux based environments.
● Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application
● Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
● Experience with monitoring systems
● Experience with automation software (e.g., Puppet, cfengine, Chef)
● Scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
● Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
